By participating in or accessing any services provided by the Council, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1.1 By engaging with the Telugu Students’ Council, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 The Council reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Continued participation implies your acceptance of any changes.
1.3 Council activities are open to enrolled students who identify as Telugu-speaking or support the organization’s mission and values.
2.1 Students can register as Council members through designated registration drives or the official platform.
2.2 All contributions are non-refundable and used solely for student welfare, scholarships, seminars, and cultural activities.
2.3 Transparent records of fund usage will be maintained and shared during general body meetings.
3.1 The Council organizes educational workshops, cultural events, skill-building programs, and mentorship opportunities for its members.
3.2 Participation in specific events may require separate registration or consent.
3.3 The Council is not responsible for any unforeseen issues arising from third-party partnerships during events or programs.
4.1 The Council may provide limited academic support, counseling guidance, or emergency aid to students in genuine need, subject to verification.
4.2 While every effort is made to assist members, services are voluntary and not guaranteed.
4.3 Members are encouraged to reach out through proper channels for any academic or personal support requests.
5.1 Members must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration.
5.2 Misuse of Council platforms or spreading misinformation may lead to suspension of membership or exclusion from activities.
5.3 Members are expected to uphold the dignity and objectives of the organization at all times.
6.1 The Council respects members’ privacy. Personal data is collected only for communication, membership verification, and event coordination.
6.2 No personal information is shared with third parties, unless legally required or for operational necessity with prior consent.
6.3 Members can request data removal or review by contacting the Council committee.
7.1 The Council operates as a voluntary body and makes no guarantees of specific outcomes from its services.
7.2 It shall not be liable for any academic or personal consequences arising from member decisions or participation.
7.3 The Council is not liable for damages or losses due to third-party service issues, miscommunication, or force majeure.
8.1 The Council reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s access to services in cases of misconduct, rule violations, or misuse of resources.
8.2 Members may voluntarily withdraw from the Council at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for past contributions.
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India.
